ROTATING PNEUMATIC SHELF PRESS OPPK

The OPPK pneumatic shelf press is designed for the gluing of the external layer of lamellas into a floor panel.

The press is constructed in the form of a pentagonal rotating frame, set on two brackets. The rotating frame is a spatial construction welded from closed sections. Five loading fields can be found on the frame perimeter. The floor panel is pressed by each field once. Three frontal actuators are located in each field, along with a longitudinal board with six side pressing actuators, hoses filled with compressed air for the upper press, and three actuators raising the glued panel. The actuators are controlled by two pneumatic dividing valves, located on each field. After loading the field with new material (frontage), the section is closed and the rotating frame is turned to the next field. Activation of frame rotation is done by pushing a button on the console. The frame is turned by a motoreducer set on the frame shaft. The frame stops automatically after the induction sensor activates.
