DFCSB processing line for endless joining is the processing line for the production of structural timber with different cross-sections, which after further processing/machining in the final phase of the process as structural beams.
The processing line for endless joining consists of the following devices:
- PWW Saw cutting out the defects
- PRN Set of drive roller conveyors with bulldozing device
- PSBD 250 The endless press The material used for the production is pre-prepared by servicing personnel through visual assessment of timber quality and marking with fluorescent chalk of wood defect, e.g., knags to cutting out. Saw cutting out defects (PWW) aligns the beginning, the end of the beam, and cuts out the previously selected/marked defects. Then, boards are administered to set of drive roller conveyors with the bulldozing device (PRN), where is buffered and endless press (PSBD 250), where are milled the constructional joints, is applied adhesive/glue and takes place the joining of individual components/elements into one beam. After the joining process, the beam is trimmed to the desired length. The work/operation of the processing line takes place in the automatic cycle.
