The machine is designed for the one sided coating of wooden elements with glue. The essential unit of this machine is a rubber coated cylinder. Grooves in the shape of screw lines of intervals and depths of 0,5 mm are cut into the rubber coated cylinder’s surface.
A channel is located close to the cylinder, performing the function of a container for glue. The glue flow gap is regulated using screws. Cylinder drive is effected by a worm gear. Elements to be coated with glue are manually transported by the machine’s operation along the tabletop and the upper cylinder surface.
