The OSMF rotating pneumatic press for the assembly of furniture frontage makes it possible to mechanically assemble furniture frontage from MDF boards using peg gluing technology. The press is constructed in the form of a four-field rotating frame, set on two brackets. Eight pneumatic presses are located on the screened wall of each of the fields, making the assembly of two frontages possible. The actuators are controlled by two dividing valves, located on each field. After loading the field with new material (frontage), the section is clamped and the rotating frame is turned to the next field. Activation of frame rotation is done by pushing a button on the console. The frame is turned by a motoreducer set on the frame shaft. The frame stops automatically after the induction sensor activates. The applied constructional solutions of fastening the pneumatic presses ensure minimal rearming time.
